1. General Policy

At Omivexis, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic products and excellent customer service. This Returns Policy applies to all online orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within the applicable return window.
  • Proof of purchase is provided with the return request.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.
  • Temperature-sensitive products must be stored and returned according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • All original packaging, labels, and batch numbers must be intact.
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page or by email with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if approved.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

5. Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds and Replacements (UK)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and verified.

International Returns & Customs Policy

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning products. We cannot accept responsibility for items held or seized by customs authorities. Please contact us before returning international orders to confirm eligibility and procedures.

7. Exclusions

The following items and situations are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Products without original packaging or batch identification.
  • Products that have not been stored according to manufacturer requirements.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorised distributors.
  • Products returned after the return window has expired.

This Returns Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Return Window

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Late returns may not be accepted. Restocking fees may apply to certain product categories at our discretion.
